Spyware Doctor has an excellent antivirus program built in to it. Catches spyware, Malware, and virus.

AVG is fine. I prefer Avast. If you also need spyware protection and removal, I'd recommend Spybot Search and Destroy. If you use Google to find them, be careful to get the one that says Search and Destroy. There's another one that's taken a very similar name that will scan your computer for free, but will then charge you to deal with any spyware it finds. The real one is free for everything.
Free? Ever heard the saying... "you get what you pay for?

I recommend McAfee on line. It isn't too expensive and it will upgrade itself regularly. Thus making sure your PC is protected
