Does sbc offer antivirus protection? Where will I find it...?

If you are using paid SBC DSL service they probably do. I have AT%26T DSL and at the bottom of the home page is a ''download software'' link. If that doesn't work you can always click on ''help'' or ''contact us''.

Does sbc offer antivirus protection? Where will I find it...?liveupdate

You can click on the My Account link at the top of any SBC Yahoo or Yahoo page. Log in and then select My Services Tab. Now select the Online Protection Icon.

Does sbc offer antivirus protection? Where will I find it...?nortin

SBC does offer Antivirus protection. There should be a website for your ISP and then at that site you will find the download link for the software. Also, give SBC a call or do live chat from the internet. As long as you are using their paid service, they should be of some help to you...

Good luck...

  • About my Norton Antivirus Protection?

When I started to use the Live Update system to update he newest anti-virus system, it said that my spaces in the disk is not enough for running the system.

Can anybody tell me which disk he refers to??

My C disk has 17.8 GB left so I think it's definitely enough.

And how can I solve the problem??

    About my Norton Antivirus Protection?malware

I agree. I get McAfee free with my cable modem so I use it on my main desktop. AVG is highly recommended, but I am not familiar with it. On an older computer w/ limited memory (128k) and a Pentium II processor, I use Avast free home edition. It works well and is also free and constantly updated.

About my Norton Antivirus Protection?norton 360

You can slolve your problem by uninstalling Norton it's slowing your computer down anyway plus it's over rated.

Down load AVG it's free and its better than Norton because Norton is known for causeing problems..

C disc is what Norton was refering to
You might have to go to the norton web site and run the support tool, something may have screwed up norton. I had a problem with it with our family desktop. I finally uninstalled norton and switched to AVG, it's free and works a whole lot better.
Had the same issue...Just uninstall and reinstall the VS. Make sure you don't have a partition in Hard Drive which is causing this. Good Luck...
Uninstall Norton then go to http://free.grisosft.com and download AVG Free. Much more stable than what you're using now!
Go to control panel, un-install-re-install and run a fix, Norton is having a problem reading your drive. And ... for those that say AVG is better then Norton know little about systems and have little money to buy software. These are the same who think a restore is a fix. Norton and Panda are the best, period. The problem with advice is everyone has it but little to offer.

What is the antivirus protection for computer which is free?

my computer as some virus and i have been getting single that my computer is at a chance of crashing

What is the antivirus protection for computer which is free?matchless

http://free.grisoft.com is for AVG antivirus, which I like a lot.

Better yet, if you know anyone in the Army, you can go to

https://www.us.army.mil and after you login with their AKO name and password you can get Symantec's Norton antivirus for free! It is the best version of Norton aka (SAV) because the Army made Symantec cut out all the graphics and commercial BS so it runs very clean without taking up as much space in memory.

Again, if you don't know anyone in the Army then AVG is my choice. PLEASE choose my answer as best if you think it deserves it.

Yahoo provides free antivirus protection, does this provide me with complete coverage?

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.

besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.

download firefox for free, Just have a try:

Get rid of Norton, or better still Ares. Most p2p file sharing services are dangerous, you either believe that or not at your own peril.
Delete Norton Anti-virus and get CA Anti-virus instead.

Norton Anti-Virus 2006 came with my 2006 Toshiba Satellite a100 laptop, and I did not install it because it eats up a lot of resources and is crap. I use AVG Free, recommended. Also Spybot and Windows Defender, and Windows XP Home SP2 firewall.
