id the antivirus protection still active under yahoo online protection? I tried to download Norton Security on my laptop but a message comes up that the norton security is unavailable to my laptop

yes it is but yahoo is having issues with the download process for Norton tools. they said back in Dec. they would have it fixed by now. but they don't. until they do I suggest you get a free anti virus tool from here. http://www.pcworld.com look in the security downloads. good luck.
