The best are free. Avast and AVG are two of the free ones and it depends on what your preference is as far as the user interface. I happen to think Avast is better but I have some that like AVG's user interface.

None are perfect so why pay for an imperfect solution.

None ! The best Anti-Virus is Kaspersky.
AVG.7 is a good one-and it is FREE!!!!!

Note: ++ is very good for signature detection and for False Positive should it's good if zero.

But these products doesn't perform well especially on cleaning spywares and tracking threats.

i am surprised that Avast is not in the list i have used most of the programs in the list and i got error problems with all of them and now i use Avast and it seem really good
