install only one antivirus, one spyware tool and one firewall, otherwise they will interfere and you will not get good results (and also they will eat your system resources)

Windows Defender is out. u can go on microsoft website and download it. AVG Antivirus is a very good program. If u wanna read more about antivirus, firewalls etc check below. Laterz!

Those are the best and they are free. Webroot Spysweeper is good if you want to spend the money. I would never recommend Spydoctor. They use false positives to trick you into buying it.
