If you a Microsoft computer go to Microsoft.com and you should find a program called live one care which protects you from everything. Its free too.

norton or mcafee websites allow you to download these softwares onto your computer or you could purchase them at best buy or circuit city
There are several free programs out there if you want to use them. That is all I use and have not had any problems to date.
You can get them free from Kim Komando web page under security downloads.
